an Associate Program Manager. He will manage an effort to transfer unique data
compression and image processing technology developed under a research contract
at SDL, to a U.S. Government production contractor. Other responsibilities include

Phil Ralphs previously worked for 3COM Corporation as a Director of Product Operations. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and his M.S. in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
