Electrical Engineer
Hired at Space Dynamics Lab
The
Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is pleased to announce the hiring of Steven
M. Baker as an Electrical Engineer for the Advanced Reconnaissance Compression
Hardware (ARCH) program. He will be responsible for detailed designs of ground
and space flight electronics, including chip-level, board-level and system
design using state-of-the-art CAE tools.
Baker comes to SDL with
12 years of design experience. He previously worked for Sorenson Technologies
where he served as Principal Engineer. Baker received his BS and Masters degrees
in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University, with emphases in Microwave
Theory and Digital Signal Processing.
The ARCH program has
been responsible for advancing SDL's state-of-the-art fabrication infrastructure,
including its surface-mount circuit board and system design capabilities.
These developments will be a significant benefit to current and future SDL
programs.
